Starting at The Langley Tap pub. Turn left up The Common listening to audio pieces relating to several listed buildings as you go. Cross the stile on the left just as you exit the village by Common Farm and passing Kilvert’s Parsonage, via the Green Bridge to Peckingell. You may wish to take some secateurs with you as it can get a little overgrown. Then across the fields of the River Seven Valley to Tytherton Lucas and on again to East Tytherton. Just past the T-junction along the Foxham road, take the BREM17B footpath north toward Avon Farm on a wide loop ending at Kellaways. Continue along Maud Heaths Causeway and find the start of footpath LBUR7 on your left just opposite the Maud Heath monument, finally walking up Crossing Lane and back to the pub.
